March 20 is the last
date you can order additional cookies, but don't hesitate to call
Debby (612-804-3259) if you need more or end up with extra. She'll
do whatever she can to make sure everyone gets the cookies they
need. She can't guarantee she'll take all your leftover cookies, but
she'll do her best!
March 31 is the
deadline to submit girl awards and recognitions (in eBudde) and to
deposit all council proceeds from cookie sale into Wells Fargo
account.
Week of May 10 is
when girl award & recognition orders arrive.

Bloomington not affected by Lemon Chalet Creme Recall:
Our baker, Little Brownie Bakers, discovered some inferior oil
was used in a batch of lemon cookies, and they recalled the lots
that contained this oil. The cookies are safe to eat, but not
good enough to sell under the Girl Scout label.
If your cookie customers ask about the Lemon cookie recall,
please assure them that less than 1% were affected by the recall
and NONE of the recalled cookies were shipped to Bloomington.
Your troop's cookie leader should have a list of the lot numbers
and delivery locations affected by the recall if you need more
information.
